Role Overview We are looking for a

Google & Meta Ads Expert

with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in running and scaling successful ad campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that drive measurable ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better ROI.

Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

Stay updated with platform policies, tools, and best practices.

Prepare reports and present insights on campaign performance to the team / clients.

Requirements

Minimum 2 to 3

years of hands-on experience

in Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Proven track record of achieving high ROI and reducing CPL.

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries.

Google Ads & Meta certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
