Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for WC customer portfolio and its health for Business Banking (MSME) segment of customers
- Responsibility in respect of portfolio will be :
- Optimum utilisation against approved DP by the customer
- Portfolio health in terms of interest servicing, DPD, deferral closures and covenant fulfilment by due date.
- Monitor and maintain optimum churn by the customer in the account
- Working on 'Early Warning Signal' triggers, taking necessary action with the customer and responding to internal stake-holders – Product, Portfolio and Risk team
- Timely renewals of Limits, including enhancements, if any.
- Scoping the Portfolio for cross-sell by RMs and improve Portfolio Product Holding by way of deepening and cross-sell
- Migrate customers to use on-line channels such as internet banking, mobile app, door-step banking etc.
- Ensuring adherence to the credit policy, internal policy, RBI guidelines, and other guidelines.
- Regular client visits for the credit monitoring and filing visit reports from time-to-time
- Highlight potential stress cum risk on portfolio to internal stake-holders such as credit, risk and product team
- Suggest policy and process changes to improve customer experience from time to time

Graduate – Any
Post Graduate - Any MBA
Experience
Minimum of 3-5Years experience
