Role Responsibilities
- Audit AR callers' work for accuracy, resolution quality, and call handling
- Provide feedback and support remedial training through collaboration with the training team
- Monitor documentation and reports related to denials, aging, and A / R trends
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and uphold ethical standards
