Join us to drive how the next billion users will interact on the internet!What You’ll DoTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureDesign and evolve scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals and industry standards.Solve complex technical challenges with pragmatic solutions.Lead design / code reviews, performance testing, and advanced debugging.Explore and prototype emerging technologies to improve architecture.Project Leadership & ExecutionOwn large-scale, cross-functional projects from design to deployment.Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.Mentorship & CoachingMentor engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence.Share best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and learning.Strategic ImpactPartner with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps.Recommend and adopt new tools / technologies.Enhance processes, standards, and system reliability.Who are you?8-12 years of experience in backend engineering.Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems.Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams.Deep understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and industry best practices, with a keen interest in staying up to date with advancements in the field.Bachelor's degree (B.
