Job Overview :

We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to join a team of Scrum Masters within Arm's IT Portfolio Office department. You will support IT groups to be the very best they can be, coaching them to develop achievable plans and to deliver against commitments. As a superb communicator with an eye for detail, you will provide exceptional Scrum Master support to a range of teams across different geographic areas. Spanning a variety of exciting change programmes, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to employ your knowledge and experience to the benefit of others.

Responsibilities :

• Provides support for teams across a global IT function, with a focus on facilitation of work, encouraging decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Works closely with peers to help develop and refine our processes for planning and delivering sprint work across all teams.
• Coaches their teams to follow the most appropriate methodologies to achieve success; identifies blockers and takes an active role in removing them.
• Training colleagues in how to use Jira and other tools to plan and monitor work and capacity.
