At TalentOla, we’re growing fast and looking for a Technical Recruiter who can help us scale our engineering, product, and technology teams.

What you’ll do :

🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strong talent pipelines

🔹 Source, engage, and evaluate top engineering and tech professionals

🔹 Deliver a seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer

🔹 Use data and insights to continuously improve our hiring process

What we’re looking for :

✨ 6 Month- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.

✨ Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, DevOps, data, etc.)

✨ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✨ A passion for building great teams and promoting an inclusive hiring culture

📍 Location : Indore
