Job Title
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to users, clients, and partners.
- Communicate and coordinate feedback with the development team.
- Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.
- Propose workarounds for customers when fixes take time.
- Offer timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Support application roll-outs and documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.US working hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).Experience with web-based business applications, Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, and remote desktop applications.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.About the Role
