As part of our strategic growth plan, we are establishing an expansion office in Bilaspur to enhance operations, research capabilities, and access to better talent and resources for our business journey.

Job Title : Research Analyst — Equity (Technical + Fundamental)

Location : Bilaspur (On-site)

• Type : Full-time

About : Sharta Group (family office) is building a small research desk. We need a hands-on analyst who reads charts, generates trade ideas, and supports investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities (short) :

1. Daily market watch & trade ideas (technical setups + brief rationale).

2. Charting : price action, RSI / MACD, EMAs, Fib, support / resistance.

3. Basic fundamental checks and concise research notes.

4. Maintain watchlist, backtest simple strategies, present findings to principals.

Requirements :

1. 2+ years in equity research / prop desk / trading or exceptional fresher with strong charting record.

2. Proficient with TradingView / Amibroker / Excel. Good communication (Hindi / English).

3. Honest, disciplined, able to work on-site in Bilaspur.
