GEN AI Developer

Role : Generative AI Developer

Location : PAN India

Experience Level 5 to 6 years with at least 2 TO 3 years in AIML and 1 to2 years in Gen AI specific work

Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to design build and deploy AI driven solutions using large language models LLMs transformer architectures and generative frameworks The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning experience with generative models and a passion for innovation in AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and finetune generative models for text image or code generation using frameworks like GPT BERT or diffusion models

Build scalable and efficient inference pipelines for real time or batch processing

Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise applications

Conduct experiments evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics

Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and output validation

Stay current with advancements in Gen AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch TensorFlow or Hugging Face Transformers

Solid understanding of LLMs prompt engineering and vectorbased retrieval techniques eg RAG

Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP and containerization tools Docker Kubernetes

Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to multimodal models eg combining text and vision

Experience with vector databases and embedding techniques

Knowledge of CICD pipelines and version control systems

Awareness of data privacy security and compliance in AI systems

Contributions to opensource AI projects or published research are a plus
