D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional support for D365 FO modules covering Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management.
• Address incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage and system resolution.
• Participate in configuration and validation of asset management (maintenance scheduling, work orders, asset tracking).
• Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues (PO automation, ACH / banking interfaces).
• Document solutions, system changes, and contribute to support runbooks and playbooks.
• Optimize and streamline supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members.
• Support quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation.
