Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchase, Logistics).

Manage engineering change requests (ECRs / ECNs) and ensure timely implementation.

Review customer specifications and wiring diagrams.

Provide regular progress reports to management and customers.

Strong understanding of wiring harness development and manufacturing processes.
