Designation : Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy for hiring white-collar professionals.
Align talent pipelines with business growth, new contracts, and mobilization requirements.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Lead sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, placement consultants, and headhunting for niche roles.
Oversee employer branding initiatives including online presence, campus engagement, and partnerships with academic institutions.
Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
Standardize interview and evaluation processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and efficiency.
Talent Management, Reward & Culture
Partner with business leaders to assess talent needs, succession planning, and capability gaps across managerial and professional levels.
Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to align reward strategies with organizational objectives.
Facilitate succession planning for critical white-collar roles.
Design and maintain competitive compensation structures, including salary bands, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
Identify high-potential employees and implement tailored individual development plans.
Drive employee engagement initiatives focused on motivation, recognition, and workplace culture on a regular basis.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Design and implement strategic recognition programs at multiple levels (corporate, operational, and technical).
Manage service awards, spot bonuses, peer recognition platforms, and performance-based reward schemes on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, rewards, and talent management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in managing a team of at least two members.
Background in facility management, engineering, or large-scale operational industries is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of reward analytics, employee engagement strategies, and talent development frameworks.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
