Designation : Credit Head - LAP & Unsecured Business loan

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 18- 25 years

Education : CA / MBA

Role & Responsibilities :

• Define and implement robust credit policies and underwriting guidelines for UBL and LAP products.
• Evaluate large and complex credit proposals within defined delegation limits and recommend cases beyond limits to higher authorities.
• Monitor portfolio quality, early warning signals (EWS), delinquency trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of credit professionals across zones / regions.
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for underwriting.
• Partner with business heads to balance growth and risk objectives.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for policy adherence and process standardization.
