To support and manage the OKTA platform, in deployment, integrations and where required, migrations to IDAM platforms. To maximise security, organisational collaboration and lifecycle automation whilst delivering a first-class end user experience to employees, partners, and clients across the WPP global group. You will support the business effectively and securely while innovating the Okta environment.
What you'll be doing :
- Be part of a new in-house OKTA technical team providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base
- Liaison with internal OpCo's and external customers from a support perspective delivering a first-class service experience
- Ensure that audit standards are adhered to in regard to attestations and management of identities and service accounts
- Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
- To support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects
- To provide technical 2nd Line support to a wide user base
- To provide support to application integrations into the OKTA service for the purpose of authentication and authorization,
- Set Up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
- To manage designated technical team members
- To participate in the IDAM Change Management process
- To maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
What you'll need :
Certified to Okta Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product.A good understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular : Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWSAn understanding of SSO implementations including SAML / OpenID integrationsA minimum of 3 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementationsExperience with conditional access controls on access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)Product management & supportCollaboration skillsKnowledge of AD / LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group PolicyExperience of working in global, complex environmentsTake ownership of service incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholdersSkills Required
