Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Integrations . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable ServiceNow solutions, excellent scripting skills, and hands-on implementation experience across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, and UI Builder .

Develop custom scripts (JavaScript / Glide) and workflows to enhance platform capabilities.

Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs).

Customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Customer Service Management .

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain documentation.

Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CSM modules .

Expertise in UI Builder & Service Portal development .

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows .

Experience with Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) .

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

At least 2 ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or equivalent).

Qualification & Certification :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA + CIS in ITSM / CSM / UI Builder) mandatory.
