Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US clients while ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and strong pipeline.

Negotiate salary, rate, and terms with candidates as per client requirements.

Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely updates to candidates and clients.

Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate and updated information.
