Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Backend Sales Specialist, located in Ramnagar. The Accounts & Backend Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day account management, customer service tasks, and support backend sales operations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, analyzing data, assisting customers, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and prepare reports

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills

Solid Finance knowledge and Account Management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Experience in the renewable energy or EV sector would be beneficial
