Customer Service Operations Specialist
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in customer service operations and e-commerce.
- Ticket Handling : Recreate workflows for ticket handling, chat / email support, refunds / returns, and knowledge base management.
- AI Output Validation : Validate AI-generated outputs in customer support scenarios to ensure accuracy, compliance, and trustworthiness.
- Support Workflows : Simulate escalations, SLA tracking, and quality audits within support workflows.
- Dataset Provision : Provide structured annotations and datasets to improve LLM training and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
Proven experience in customer service operations, including ticket handling, chat / email workflows, refunds / returns, and knowledge base upkeep.Familiarity with workflow tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Jira.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot weaknesses in AI-generated workflows.Understanding of how operational data is used to train and evaluate LLMs.About the Role :
