Strong understanding of change management principles and practices. Proficient in documentation techniques and tools. Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes. Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities :
- LaTeX deep level template knowledge.
- Good to have accessibility knowledge under LaTeX domain
- Experience mandate in LaTeX to XML related developments.
- Preferrable if online related product development.
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Support the Team Head in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
