Job Summary
The Political Strategist will serve as a key advisor and planner within Moris Media’s political communication framework. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring campaign strategies that strengthen political visibility, build reputation equity, and ensure coherent communication across traditional and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the political ecosystem, exceptional analytical ability, and an instinct for storytelling that aligns with public sentiment. The Strategist will collaborate with leadership teams, digital experts, and media coordinators to craft narratives, manage issue positioning, and ensure messaging consistency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and direct political campaign strategies aligned with client objectives
- Analyze voter sentiment, competitor activity, and political trends
- Create and manage messaging frameworks for media and digital outreach
- Advise leadership teams on issue prioritization and reputation management
- Coordinate with digital, PR, and research teams for campaign execution
- Supervise narrative consistency across speeches, posts, and press statements
- Manage crisis communication planning and public response strategies
- Present campaign performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Recommend adaptive actions based on public data and polling insights
- Ensure alignment of regional and national messaging
- Oversee internal team collaboration and workflow during campaigns
- Track KPIs tied to visibility, engagement, and voter sentiment
- Mentor junior strategists and guide them in data-led storytelling
- Lead periodic strategy reviews and campaign evaluations
- Support senior leadership in formulating long-term political positioning
