Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Support Intern to join our team at Unacademy’s Bengaluru centre. In this role, you will support learners and educators, ensure smooth operational flow, and deliver an exceptional experience at the centre. This is a great opportunity to learn communication, problem-solving, and customer experience management in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with learners and address their queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Manage and track attendance, schedules, and daily operational updates.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, messages).
  • Maintain accurate records of learner feedback and interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support on-ground operations during classes, tests, or events.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a learner-first attitude.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Willingness to work onsite, 6 days a week.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship or customer-facing experience in support or operations.
  • Passion for education and helping learners succeed.
