Role Overview

The Retail Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the retail operations, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and data-driven financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all retail financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Monitor cash flow, sales, and expenses across retail operations.

Implement financial controls, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and business insights.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail finance, preferably in apparel / fashion.

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
