Founder's Office Internship

TAMIZH is looking for a driven Founder's Office Intern to join our crew! This is the ultimate generalist role where you'll get a front-row seat to every part of our business as we scale our groundbreaking XR glasses.

What you'll dive into :

• Strategic Projects : You'll work directly with the founder on key projects that impact our product and market plans. You'll help us research trends, analyze competition, and make smart, data-driven decisions that shape the company's future.
• Operational Excellence : Help us get our organization's structure and internal processes in great shape so things run like a well-oiled machine. You'll be a key player in making our team more efficient as we grow fast.
• People & Culture : Get hands-on with people-focused tasks, from recruiting to planning fun team events and building a collaborative culture. Your work will directly impact everyone's daily experience at TAMIZH.
• Growth & Marketing : Jump in on marketing efforts and project management to help us with our overall growth strategy. You'll get to see the full journey of a startup's growth, from getting new users to keeping them happy.
• Team Coordination : Be a central point of contact, making sure different teams are aligned and tasks are assigned effectively. Your ability to connect people and keep projects on track will be a huge help to the entire team.
