Role Description

We are seeking a full-time hybrid Executive Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, enhancing operational processes, overseeing project management, and supporting sales strategies. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow, analysing data to inform decision-making, and ensuring the efficient implementation of operational guidelines.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
• Experience in sales to support and implement sales strategies.
• Proficiency in operations management to oversee and improve processes.
• Strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the training or educational sector is a plus.
