We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Auditor with a background in the BFSI industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing processes and methodologies. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement process enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Auditing & Compliance :
Conduct audits to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Collaboration & Reporting :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings and recommendations.
Develop and maintain audit plans, schedules, and reports.
Training & Expertise :
Provide training and guidance on auditing procedures to staff members.
Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge :

Professional experience in the BFSI industry , preferably with experience in conducting process audits.

Strong understanding of auditing principles and methodologies .

Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.

Skills :

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
