Job descriptionShoot content such as YouTube videos, Reels / Shorts, BTS, Podcasts & Interviews Operate camera, basic lighting, and audio equipment Coordinate and travel for shoots (Delhi / NCR only) Edit long-form and short-form content for YouTube & Instagram Create clean, engaging edits aligned with brand tone Manage file backups and media organization Work closely with the internal team to execute creative ideas Deliver edits on deadline 1–3 years of experience in shooting + editing Must be based in Delhi Skilled in operating DSLR / mirrorless cameras Basic understanding of lighting + audio setup Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro Familiar with YouTube & Instagram formats (Reels / Shorts) Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently Owning a personal editing setup is preferred Basic thumbnail design (Photoshop / Canva) Motion graphics experience Prior work with influencers / creators Work closely with top creators in India Majority work-from-home flexibility Fast-growing creative environment Opportunity to learn, experiment & grow

We are looking for a Camera Person cum Video Editor who is comfortable shooting content and editing videos, primarily working from home but available to travel for shoots within Delhi / NCR on selected days.
Role Overview
This hybrid role involves :
- Editing from home (majority of work)
- Travelling for shoots on specific days as per project requirements
You will work closely with creators to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content.
