Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 12+ years of experience with data platforms, cloud services (e.g., GCP,AWS, Azure) and big data technologies 5+ years leading complex data integration or analytics solution delivery in a cloud environment. Proven leadership managing high-performing, distributed teams across multiple regions. Strong proficiency in data warehousing, ETL / ELT, data integration, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. Industry experience in Retail, Media, or Consumer Products is preferred. Working knowledge of AI / ML, LLMs, or agentic AI system design is a plus.
