Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Encompass LOS
• Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and compliance workflows
• Proficiency in manual testing and test case design
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI)
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
