Job Title : Laravel Developer

Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and resourceful

Laravel Developer

to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

Laravel, PHP, and MySQL

, with a passion for building robust and scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both backend and some frontend development tasks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using

Laravel

and

PHP

Implement new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure application performance and responsiveness.

Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following Laravel best practices.

Work closely with business analysts or stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Maintain and manage MySQL databases including design, queries, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with front-end developers on UI / UX implementation using

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Document technical specifications and development processes.

Required Qualifications

3+ years

of professional experience in

PHP development

, with a strong focus on the

Laravel framework

Solid understanding of

object-oriented programming (OOP)

and

MVC architecture

Proficiency in front-end technologies :

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

(Vue.js experience is a plus).

Experience working with

MySQL

databases, including complex queries and performance optimization.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Experience with

version control systems (Git)

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with

Laravel Livewire

Inertia.js

, or

Vue.js

Familiarity with

testing frameworks

like PHPUnit or Pest.

Knowledge of

DevOps tools

, CI / CD pipelines, or cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).

Basic understanding of

data analysis

or business intelligence tools.
