Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Solution Architect to design and drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to convert business challenges into actionable AI programs that deliver measurable value. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in digital transformation, SaaS ecosystems, and enterprise AI adoption, along with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Data Strategy & Use Case Design :

Lead the discovery and definition of impactful AI Data ingestion use cases across key client segments
Design solutions covering data quality management, metadata management, Data lifecycle management, Data compliance security and access control.
Create detailed business cases and success metrics for data integration initiatives

Client Engagement & Value Realization :

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, articulating the business value of Data

Drive customer success by aligning AI solutions to measurable business outcomes

Facilitate workshops and executive discussions to guide digital transformation

Solution Blueprinting & Delivery Oversight :

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to co-create solutions

Ensure smooth transition from vision to execution, guiding delivery excellence

Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and iterate on solutions for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation :

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to foster innovation

Stay current with data integration trends

Contribute to product evolution and GTM strategies based on market needs

Required Experience :

15-20 years of overall experience, with significant exposure to SaaS, enterprise platforms like MuleSoft / IBM Sterling Exposure in designing / implementing solutions covering data quality management, metadata management, Data lifecycle management, Data compliance security and access control.

Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale digital or AI transformation initiatives

Experience in client-facing roles.

Strong knowledge enterprise architecture, and digital product development

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills :

Exposure to MuleSoft / IBM Sterling NiFi

Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, platform design, and enterprise solutioning

Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or AI / ML preferred

Experience working with global clients across BFSI, manufacturing, retail, or CPG domains
