About the Role : We are looking for a
Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts
who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain relationships with
premium / key clients
, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Understand each client’s business objectives and align our services to support their goals.
Act as a
single point of contact
for all client communications, escalations, and requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
within assigned accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Prepare and present
monthly performance reports
and insights to clients.
Track and monitor account renewals, payment cycles, and client retention metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable inputs to clients and management.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client-handling and relationship-building ability.
Proven experience in managing premium or enterprise accounts.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
