ServiceNow ITAM Operations Consultant

  • Analyze and improve IT asset management processes for enterprise clients.
  • Configure ServiceNow SAM data to support entitlement and contract management.

About the Role

This senior consultant position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow, innovate, and contribute directly to high-visibility client projects. You will work closely with global consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality data, aligned processes, and consistent service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day tasks related to client engagements.
  • Participate in regular calls with internal teams and client contacts.
  • SUPPORT project tracking, task status updates, and thorough documentation of all work performed.
  • Work within the ServiceNow SAMPro platform to configure and maintain modules such as contracts, entitlements, software models, discovery maps, normalization, and reconciliation.
  • PERFORM entitlement-to-contract linking, assist in setting up license metrics, execute structured data imports, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

    • About You

    We are looking for professionals with 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, IT asset management, software asset management, or IT service management. You should have exposure to ServiceNow SAMPro modules, strong attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
