Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson specializing in Smart Drip Irrigation at AALROOT, located in Coimbatore. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential Farmers, demonstrating product features, and providing detailed information about smart drip irrigation systems. The role involves generating and following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The Salesperson will also prepare sales reports, participate in trade shows and events, and work closely with the technical team to address farmer queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, farmer engagement, and negotiation
Knowledge of smart irrigation systems and IoT-based agricultural solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in the agriculture or technology sector is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
