Fish Welfare Initiative is hiring a Program Manager to lead our field operations, oversee Program Associates, and maintain strong farmer relationships. If you have previous experience managing people and farmer relationships, and are passionate about animal welfare, this could be the right role for you.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our farm program, the Alliance for Responsible Aquaculture (ARA), in order to achieve its intended outcomes of improving water quality and maintaining healthy stocking densities. The following are the key responsibilities you would have :

1 - Management

• People management : Manage 3+ Program Associates.
• Project management : Supervise the implementation of ARA protocols and experiments.
• Data review : Ensure timely and accurate data entry by Program Associates.
• Audits : Conduct audits and quality control to ensure adherence to protocols.
