Responsibilities :

  • Drive and expand sales of our modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions within large real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key players in the real estate industry and specifier community ensuring our brand is the go-to for their projects.
  • Spearhead strategic sales initiatives to boost our market presence and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to deliver customized, high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions (yes, some of them might actually be fun!).

What We Need From You :

  • Proven experience and strong connections in the real estate sector, especially in markets like multi-story apartments, townhouses, and condominiums.

    • A strong monetizable network comprising of A- list architects, interior designers and premium boutique builders

  • A zeal for sales with an impressive track record of closing deals and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you're a natural at turning ‘maybes’ into ‘yeses’.
  • Ability to merge analytical thinking with creative solutions.
  • A sense of humour and a penchant for thinking outside the box. Bonus points if you can tell a good kitchen renovation pun!
  • Passionate about interior design and upscale living spaces.
