Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, support transaction operations, and maintain data accuracy across multiple financial platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Software & Data Management
- Update daily NAVs and transaction feeds in CRM systems
- Perform weekly / monthly data backups and reconciliations
- Address and resolve software-related queries
Client Engagement
Manage complete client onboarding (KYC to app login)Maintain and update client information and key recordsPrepare investment plans and share customised / standard reportsTransaction Processing
Execute daily online and offline transactions across product categoriesProcess NSENMF transactions end-to-endEnsure accurate, timely completion of all client transactionsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Banking with strong accounting foundation2–3 years’ experience in mutual fund back-office operationsProficiency in platforms like Wealth Elite, IFA Now, Ngen, NSENMFStrong CRM handling—email, calls, messaging, and query resolutionExcellent time management and attention to detailInterpersonal skills to communicate clearly with clients and teamGood Excel skills (charts, tables, formulas)NISM V-A certification is an added advantageWhy Join Wudstreet
