About the Role
As a Social Media & Creative Producer, you will own Union’s end-to-end visual storytelling, positioning the brand as an industry content leader. From reels to static content, mini-series to UGC, you’ll drive creativity that translates into engagement, visibility, and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit 40+ reels and 50+ static creatives per month.
- Produce mini-series, ad films, and influencer collaborations.
- Handle on-ground shooting using professional gears (photo + video).
- Design and deliver graphics and visual creatives aligned to brand guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of interns for scalable production.
- Coordinate influencer tie-ups and leverage user-generated content (UGC).
- Write compelling copy for campaigns and content pieces.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop visual onboarding experiences for residents.
- Integrate AI tools to scale content creation and workflows.
- Optimize creative performance using analytics.
Requirements
2–5 years in social media content production.Strong portfolio across video, design, and copywriting.Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Figma.Ability to independently shoot, edit, and design content.Experience with lifestyle, hospitality, or youth-centric brands preferred.What You’ll Get
