Location : Chennai / Hybrid Role : Executive | Execution & Support Experience : 2–3 Years
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Lead Ownership : Handle inbound inquiries and execute outbound campaigns to students and professionals.
- Speed to Lead : Ensure every query gets a response within 24 hours.
- Closing : Guide learners through the enrollment and payment process.
- Operations : Maintain 100% data accuracy in the CRM and support webinar logistics.
- Marketing Support : Assist in scheduling social media campaigns and email newsletters.
WHO YOU ARE :
Experience : 1–3 years in Sales, Academic Counseling, or EdTech.Language : Professional English (for corporate) and fluent Tamil (for local coordination) is mandatory.Mindset : You are organized, resilient, and eager to learn the art of sales from senior leadership.WHY JOIN US?
