Role Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) to help build and scale our core platform. This is a remote, full-time role.

You will design, develop, and maintain production-ready web applications across the stack, from API design and data models to polished, responsive UIs. Day to day, you’ll :

• Build and evolve front-end features in React that feel fast, clean, and intuitive.
• Design and implement Node.js APIs and services that are reliable, secure, and easy to extend.
• Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into shippable features, not endless specs.
• Optimise performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep latency and errors low.
• Contribute to our engineering standards, code review culture, and deployment practices.

This role is for someone who wants real ownership of product-critical systems, not just tickets.
