Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP Lead to join our growing team. The SAP Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of SAP solutions across various modules.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive successful SAP initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Manage a team of SAP functional and technical consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze current processes, and identify opportunities for SAP optimization.
  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and development of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, S / 4HANA).
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex SAP issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.
  • Prepare and deliver training to end-users and support teams.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of extensive experience working with SAP, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior consultant role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Deep functional and / or technical expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and underlying technical components.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementation and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, or other emerging SAP technologies.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare) relevant to the company's business.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Leadership & Team Management : Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team.
  • SAP Functional / Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration.
  • Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Business Acumen : Understanding of business processes and how they map to SAP.
  • Problem-Solving : Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex technical and business challenges.
  • Communication : Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity, overseeing SAP projects and teams.
  • Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
