Senior Performance Test Engineer

What You’ll Do :

⚡ Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad

🚀 Work with Spring Boot microservices to identify and fix performance bottlenecks

📊 Analyze metrics, tune performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver top-tier experiences

🧩 Integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines and monitor with Grafana, New Relic, or AppDynamics

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing (web, mobile, or distributed systems)

✅ Strong scripting skills in Java, Python, or Groovy

✅ Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and database performance tuning

✨ Bonus : Experience with gRPC testing , Docker / Kubernetes , or APM tools like Dynatrace
