Business Process & Automation Analyst / Developer (Power BI / Power Automate)

Location : Tech Army, Airoli, Mumbai

Shift Timing : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (US Process)

About the Role :

Tech Army is seeking a Business Process & Automation Analyst / Developer with 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, automation development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. The selected candidate will work closely with business teams to streamline workflows, build automation tools, and create data-driven dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for our U.S. business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate .
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for performance tracking and management insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials for automated workflows and dashboards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities for process automation initiatives.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Support ongoing process improvement projects and proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation solutions and ensure data accuracy in reports.
