position based in

Ahmedabad .

Position / Profile Title :

IT Security Manager

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 10-15 years

Essential Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are preferred

Essential Area of Expertise :

Hands-on exp in Network security experience Firewalls, WAF, IPS, IDS, log analysis

Hands-on exp Data Security experience MFA, CASB, DLP, Intune etc

Hands-on exp Preventive / Detective security tools SIEM, xDR, EDR etc

SOC / Security Incident Management experience

Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection

Desired Area of Expertise :

Computer network penetration techniques.

Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.

Manage network vulnerability activities.

Patch management

ISO 27001 Framework

Roles and Responsibilities :

Security Strategy & Governance

Define and enforce IT security policies, align with business goals.

Risk Management & Compliance

Conduct risk assessments, ensure ISO / GDPR / HIPAA compliance, manage audits.

Incident Response & Threat Management

Handle security incidents, implement threat detection, maintain DR / BCP.

Security Architecture & Tools

Deploy firewalls, SIEM, antivirus; integrate security in system design.

Training & Awareness

Run employee awareness programs, build cybersecurity culture.

Vendor & Third-Party Oversight

Assess vendor security, ensure secure system integration.
