Finance Controller

We are looking for a Finance Controller based in Chennai location.

Job Summary : The Finance Controller will be a highly experienced and strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities within our organization, with a strong emphasis on GCC environment and regulatory frameworks. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning in a complex, multi-entity environment. The Controller will ensure the integrity of financial data, optimize financial performance, and provide critical insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

• Direct and oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS / GAAP standards and local GCC regulations.
• Lead the consolidation of financial results for various entities as required.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics, to identify opportunities and risks.
• Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Understand the incentives for the industry and set up process to take advantage of.
