Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chennai. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, maintaining effective communication with clients, and building strong relationships with channel partners. The role will also include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation to drive client engagement and find new opportunities.
• Strong Communication skills for building relationships and effectively conveying information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales for managing processes and collaborations with partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the paints industry or related sectors is a plus
