Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance located in the Bangladesh. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, developing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and managing overall finance operations. Daily tasks include ensuring accurate financial records, preparing detailed financial reports, and providing analytical insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Budgeting and Analytical Skills
• In-depth knowledge of Finance operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Experience in managing finance teams and handling complex financial projects
