Process Specialist – Fixed Income

Job Overview

The Process Specialist – Fixed Income will be responsible for partnering and delivering the Fixed Income roadmap. This role involves working closely with the FE data strategy team, and liaising with content and product development teams to implement new enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Content, Development, and Product teams.
• Drive data analysis and process reviews.
• Document client requirements and stakeholder interactions.
• Engage with key stakeholders to support Content Initiatives.
• Take ownership of data-related issues, including database infrastructure and maintenance procedures, coordinating with Content and / or Technology teams as required.
• Work with Development teams on requirements writing, project planning, execution, UAT, defect fixing, and delivery.
• Draft requirement documents, conduct audits / cleansing, and support research / project initiatives.
• Translate external market policies, regulations, and events into internal operational requirements.
• Proactively highlight service issues and take end-to-end ownership of customer concerns.
• Develop automation and process simplification initiatives.
• Drive service excellence across Content teams for internal and external customers.
• Lead field comparisons or data coverage assessments with competitors, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Represent data groups in projects / discussions impacting data storage, maintenance, or organization, contributing expert-level insights.
