Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 / L3 support for SunGL and related applications within the agreed service window (EU time zone).Perform incident analysis troubleshooting and resolution for application and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization SQL and ETL processes for data extraction transformation and analysis to support business with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and in responding to internal and external audit queries by supplying required application and configuration documentation of application configurations processes and known change management and release processes as per organizational to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring reporting and application Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in application support or related technical in SQL for data analysis troubleshooting and -on experience with Power BI and other data visualization understanding of ETL concepts and in application support within financial / ERP environments preferred (e.g. SunGL Vision).Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Problem and Change Management).Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles journal entries general ledger and reporting.
