About the role : We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Platform Team (DPT). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with a strong grasp of modern frameworks. DPT teams are high velocity agile teams responsible for developing and maintaining components crucial to customer-facing channels, reporting & analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work on data driven, scalable, and secure applications and tools and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. What you will do : Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and Material UI (or similar frameworks). Build robust backend services using Spring (Java) and Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features in an agile environment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Translate designs and style guides provided by the Design team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance. What you will need : 1+ years of experience developing customer facing web applications. Must have : Strong understanding of JavaScript, React, and Material UI. Familiarity with RESTful APIs creation using spring boot and node JS and integration techniques. Knowledge of bundler and package manager tools like webpack and maven. Exposure to version control systems like Git. Working experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Knowledge of AWS services, and usage is a plus, though not mandatory. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies. Who you are : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
