Job Title : Application Customization Level 3 (L3)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Customization professional with a strong background in Finacle Core Banking customization and development. The ideal candidate will possess at least seven years of experience in IT / Core Banking Application support, with five years specifically in Finacle 10.x customization and related technology stack. This role is critical in supporting and enhancing core banking applications in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and perform Finacle 10.x customization development, interface design, and deployment.
• Design and implement technical architecture and solutions for Finacle Core Banking applications.
• Develop and maintain Finacle APIs and interfaces (ISO8583, HTML).
• Support day-to-day Finacle operations including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.
• Handle production support as part of a 24x7 operations team.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and support of application customizations.
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to defined SDLC processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Finacle applications and services.
